The cost is £18 per HPS member (£22 non-member) including tea, cakes and guided tour.

Description

Twelve acres of gardens designed in 1922 by H. Avray Tipping around High Glanau Manor, an important Arts and Crafts house. Tipping was the Architectural Editor of Country Life magazine from 1907 until his death in 1933. What was a rustic stone tank set into the wall with steps leading to a swimming pool, surrounded by concrete and lampposts, are now 100 ft long double herbaceous…
